📅 Registration & Payment
Once your place is confirmed, please let us know how long you wish to reserve it (one month, multiple months, or the full academic year).
Invoices with payment links are sent on the 1st of each month (with a reminder on the 20th).
Kindly prepay within the same month to secure your place.
❌ Cancellations
For bookings longer than one month, please inform us before the 1st of the upcoming month if you wish to cancel.
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are payable in full.
If your child is absent (including travel), monthly fees still apply in order to keep the place reserved.
Exception:
In case of illness for the entire month (with a doctor’s certificate), the current month is paid and the following month is waived upon return.
🤸 Missed Lessons
Please inform us at least 1 hour before the class if your child will be absent.
Otherwise, missed lessons cannot be replaced.
For make-up classes, please check the timetable and contact us before attending.
👨👩👧 Parents & Studio Policy
Children aged 4+ attend independently (no parents in the class or waiting area).Parents may observe only the first lesson (where applicable).
Ages 2–4: parent participation is required only in designated parent-child classes.
Drop-off and pick-up take place outside the studio.
The waiting area is reserved for children only.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before class.
If early drop-off or different pick-up is needed, kindly inform us in advance.

📸 Photos & Videos
During lessons, photos/videos may be taken for:
• Training improvement and feedback
• Sharing progress with parents
• Promotion of classes and events
We always focus on activities rather than faces and handle all material with care.
If you do not consent, no photos or videos will be taken of your child.
